Blacklist PRO examines the dialed number for outgoing calls and checks whether it is included in a configured blacklist. If yes - and if the calling user does not also have a whitelisting entry for the dialed number at the same time - the call is terminated. Optionally, an announcement can be played beforehand, which can be uploaded in the module configuration. Callers who are affected by a blacklist entry can optionally be put through by entering a password. The use of a white or black listing can also be restricted to members of a group to be specified. The module effectively prevents calls to possibly chargeable telephone numbers or unauthorized calls to the office. User-specific whitelistings and a password query allow you to control permissions very precisely. In order not to lose track of a large number of possible rules, a detailed description can be given for each rule. |
In conjunction with Short Dial speed dial numbers can automatically be exempt from blacklisting - even with global blacklisting of all telephone numbers (from version v52 of Short Dial and v64 of Blacklist PRO).

Blacklist PRO examine le numéro composé pour les appels sortants et vérifie s'il est inclus dans une liste noire configurée. Si oui - et si l'appelant ne dispose pas en même temps d'une entrée de liste blanche pour le numéro - l'appel est terminé. En option, une annonce peut être diffusée à l'avance, qui peut être téléchargée dans la configuration du module. Les appelants qui sont concernés par une entrée sur la liste noire peuvent être mis en communication en entrant un mot de passe. L'application d'une liste blanche ou noire peut également être limitée aux membres d'un groupe à préciser. Le module empêche efficacement les appels vers des numéros potentiellement payants ou les appels non autorisés vers le central. Des listes blanches spécifiques à l'utilisateur et une interrogation par mot de passe permettent un contrôle très précis des permissions. Une description détaillée peut être saisie pour chaque règle afin de ne pas perdre de vue un grand nombre de règles possibles. |
En combinaison avec Short Dial les numéros peuvent être automatiquement mis sur la Whitelist si vous le souhaitez - même si tous les numéros sont mis sur la Blacklist (à partir de la version v52 de Short Dial et v64 de Blacklist PRO).
