Workplaces are prettier with custom wallpapers or company logos on the screen of your desk phone. Wallpaper PRO allows you to customize the background image of STARFACE-supported desk phones. Follow your company's CI with Wallpaper PRO!

Depending on the actual phone model different image formats and resolutions are necessary. Wallpaper PRO contains all the information necessary for you to create a suitable logo.

The workplace is more beautiful, with your own logo on the telephone display. Custom Wallpapers allows you to upload new background images for different phone types to STARFACE. Terminal devices can use these images as a background.

Depending on the device, certain image formats and encodings are required. The module describes which formats and encodings are required.

Suitable pictures can be uploaded for devices of the following manufacturersThe following desk phone models are supported:

Please note our general information about our modules.

Custom Wallpapers replaces the background images of the end devices in the STARFACE file system, which STARFACE makes available to the end devices within the framework of provisioning. The module first creates backups of the original wallpapers, which are restored when the module is deactivated.

Please note that the module does not trigger any provisioning of the mobile devices and does not change their configuration. When the end devices are restarted (or factory reset), they actively download the wallpaper from your STARFACE PBX.

If the wallpaper does not appear on the device after a restart or factory reset, please check the file format and dimensions of the graphic.

Bitte beachten Sie unsere allgemeinen Hinweise zu unseren Modulen.

Das Modul Endgeräte Firmenlogo ersetzt bei der Modulaktivierung die im STARFACE Dateisystem liegenden Endgeräte-Hintergrundbilder, die die STARFACE im Rahmen der Provisionierung den Endgeräten zur Verfügung stellt. Das Modul legt zunächst Backups der ursprünglich vorhandenen Hintergrundbilder an, die bei Deaktivierung des Moduls wieder zurückgespielt werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Modul keine Provisionierung der Endgeräte auslöst und deren Konfiguration auch nicht verändert. Bei einem Neustart (oder Werksreset) der Endgeräte laden diese aktiv die Hintergrundbilder von der STARFACE herunter.

Sollte nach einem Neustart oder Werksreset das Hintergrundbild nicht auf dem Endgerät erscheinen, prüfen Sie bitte das Dateiformat und die Abmessungen der Grafik.

If a redirection to HTTPS has been activated within STARFACE, the installation must be equipped with a trustworthy certificate from a public CA, since most terminal devices make the download of wallpaper dependent on the trustworthiness of the web server certificateWenn innerhalb der STARFACE eine Umleitung auf HTTPS aktiviert wurde, muß die Anlage zwingend mit einem vertrauenswürdigen Zertifikat einer öffentlichen CA ausgestattet werden, da die meisten Endgeräte den Download der Hintergrundlogos von der Vertrauenswürdigkeit des Webserver-Zertifikats abhängig machen.

Durch ein STARFACE Update werden die Verzeichnisse mit den Bilddateien auf der STARFACE überschrieben. Durch den anschließenden Neustart werden zunächst wieder die STARFACE Hintergrundbilder auf die Endgeräte übertragen. Das Modul hat noch keine Möglichkeit, hier einzugreifen. Nach einem STARFACE Update muß daher das Modul manuell deaktiviert und wieder aktiviert und anschließend ein Endgeräte-Neustart ausgeführt werdenA STARFACE update overwrites the directories with the image files on the STARFACE. The subsequent restart first transfers the STARFACE background images back to the end devices. The module has no way of intervening here yet. After a STARFACE update the module must therefore be manually deactivated and reactivated and then a restart of the terminal device must be carried out.
