Time recording in fractions of a second!The telephone calls that are relevant for a process are clearly displayed on the right edge of the screen. The calls can either be time-recorded or ignored via drag&drop. Recorded or ignored calls disappear from the call list. The aim is to empty the call list so that no unrecorded calls remain. When recording calls, a description based on a template is automatically created as a worklog entry - for example: Telephone consultation/support on {STARTDATE} by {MEMYSELFANDI}. Duration: {DURATION} ({CALLERNUMBER} → {CALLEDNUMBER}). The documentation of billing-relevant calls thus only takes a few seconds and it is ensured that every call is recorded. |
